Anatae was born from meetings , at the end of 2018, in Japan, between the founder and the matcha-producing farmers, who have become their trusted partners.

Orders are always made in small quantities, which allows them to offer a freshly ground matcha , which is an element that guarantees good product quality.

AT Nishio And Fujieda , their farmers work out of passion and in the Japanese tradition. They select only the youngest, thinnest and greenest leaves on the surface of the tea bushes, because they know that these are the ones that contain all the incredible goodness of matcha.
