Refund policy
Article 1 : Exchange and refund
Sweet Happiness does not perform a standard exchange.
All products sold by Sweet Happiness are covered by the legal warranty. If a product does not comply, it maybe returned to return, exchange or refunds. Once the customer has received his order, he has 14 days to return his item(s). After this period, the products delivered will be deemed compliant and accepted by the Customer. From this moment, Sweet Happiness has the right to refuse the return and refund.
For any complaint, the Customer can contact SweetHappiness by going to the “Contact” page of www.sweethappiness.be.
For any return of goods, it is necessary to request, in advance, the agreement of Sweet Happiness and to complete the withdrawal form. Without a return agreement, the goods will be returned to the Customer, at its expense. The item that the Customer wishes to return must be returned to its original packaging, must not have been worn or used and must be accompanied by an explanatory letter mentioning the order number, as well as the complete contact details of the Customerfor the refund. The customer will have to send his/her item(s) to the following address (the amount of the return shipping costs remains the responsibility of theCustomer):

Upon receipt of the return, a check will be carried out on the returned goods. No item used or damaged by the customer will be subject to any refund. The refund is made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the article, excluding shipping costs and any taxes linked to this return.
An information email will be sent to you as soon as possible if Sweet Happiness is late in shipping or delivery and a new shipping or delivery date will be offered. As soon as possible, you can report any delay in delivery to the Sweet Happiness Customer Service so that we have the opportunity to inquire with the Bpostand/or the carriers concerned in order to locate the parcel.
Shipping costs and return risks are always the responsibility of the Customer.
With regard to delivery whether at a point in the relay or at home, if the Customer has not recovered his parcel within the set time and the parcel is returned to Sweet Happiness for any reason, Sweet Happiness reserves the right to refund only the products excluding delivery costs, and will recharge the shipping costs if theCustomer wishes to receive his parcel.

Article 2: Termination/Withdrawal
The order for goods or services may be terminated by each party with immediate effect if the other party fails to comply with its obligations under these general conditions and if it fails to remedy any failure notified to it by the other party by the recommended means within 14 days.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days (14 days). The withdrawal period shall expire fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the goods or the last goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact Sweet Happiness by visiting the “Contact” page of the website www.sweethappiness.be in order to inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration. You can also use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. It is also possible to send—at your expense—a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to Sweet Happiness, rue du bourrelier, 27, 7050 Masnuy-Saint-Jean, Belgium. When the Customer has used its right of withdrawal by email, upon receipt of theCustomer’s decision to withdraw, Sweet Happiness will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
In case of a refund request, the payments received from you will be refunded except for the delivery costs at the latest fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your decision of withdrawal. The refund will be made, after receipt of your item(s) to be returned, by the same means of payment as that used to pay for your order. The product(s) must be returned no later than fourteen days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw. This deadline met if you return the goods before the 14-day deadline expires.
The Customer, without undue delay, must, at the latest, within fourteen (14) days after his decision to withdraw:
Place, so that the Products they wish to return can be resold in new condition and preferably in their original packaging.
Attach a copy of the purchase invoice or any other element that identifies the Order and package it in suitable packaging that will allow the proper transport and safety of the products in order to return them to Sweet Happiness, 27, rue du bourrelier, 7050 Masnuy-Saint-Jean, Belgium.
The Customer is strongly advised to return the parcel so that it can provide proof of its dispatch as well as its date of dispatches.
The Customer may be held liable for any impairment of the Products which may result from manipulations not necessary to establish the nature and essential characteristics of the Products.
The return costs are at your own expense and you carefree to choose the method of dispatches. If the product received contains a defect or a defect or if the product received does not correspond to the product ordered, the return costs are refunded. In all other cases, the returns are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the Customer implements its right of withdrawal, Sweet Happiness will refund the entire amount received, including any delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from the fact that the Customer has chosen, if applicable, a more expensive delivery method than the standard Sweet Happiness delivery method).
The refund of the total amount paid will be made to the bank account debited at the time of the Order, as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date on which Sweet Happiness is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw and as soon as it has received all of the Products.
