Concerning credit card data: these are deleted as soon as the legal withdrawal period has expired. If, however, you use it, the data will be erased as soon as the refund is made. If you choose to pay with a credit card, the card number and the card validity date will be kept to provide proof in case of a possible dispute of the transaction thirteen (13) months after the debit date plus two (2) months if you use a deferred debit card. It is only in the event of a dispute about the transaction that this data can be used.
