Use the HoliFace Ball to massage the cheeks and cheekbones and relax the space between the eyebrows.

Ritual:

To tone the cheekbones, puff out the cheeks, place a hand over the mouth so as not to let the air escape, then push the air into one cheek by pushing with the HoliFace Ball, repeat in the other direction (3 times on each side). Finally, pat the cheeks firmly to decongest the muscles.

Press the HoliFace Ball firmly against the soft tissue of the cheek. Inspire. On the exhale, it is necessary to crush the ball and roll it to the temples, opening the mouth.
